We are looking for a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to join our team and support growth across our HR services portfolio.

🔹 Job Details:

• Working days: 5 days.
• working hours: from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals, etc.).
• Attend job fairs, exhibitions, and HR events to represent the company and create business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of the leads generated.
• Support business expansion activities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify new industries, markets, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferably in HR services or B2B field).
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Passion for building relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
• Willingness to attend events and career fairs when required.
