🔹 Cost Control Engineer

🎯 Job Objective:
To monitor, control, and optimize project costs while ensuring alignment with approved budgets, while supporting data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Participate in tendering, cost estimation, and pricing
Develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Track project progress vs. budget and schedule
Review invoices, variations, and claims
Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Planning)
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate is a must
Strong background in Cost Control & Tendering
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
Experience in Power BI
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
