We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Customer Success Manager to join our Media & Talent Management division.

This role is responsible for managing relationships with producers, artists, marketing agencies, and industry partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, long-term partnership success, and contributing to business growth within the media sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company, producers, artists, and marketing partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within the media and entertainment industry.
• Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities.
• Proactively generate new deals and collaboration opportunities within the media market.
• Support and participate in deal negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between talents, production teams, and external partners.
• Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure alignment and professional execution.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Provide structured updates and reports to senior management on partnerships and growth activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Media, Production, Talent Management, or Advertising Agencies.
• Strong network within the media and entertainment industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities or close partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and media operations.
• Commercial mindset with a strong relationship-building ability.
• Highly presentable and confident in dealing with public figures and executives.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Own car is preferred
