OTM is Hiring: Digital Account Manager

On behalf of one of our clients — a fast-growing startup studio helping Egyptian businesses scale and expand — we’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who leads with ownership, not follow-ups.

This role is about impact, accountability, and strategic thinking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own assigned accounts fully and take responsibility for performance & business impact
  • Lead coordination between internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time execution
  • Translate business goals into clear briefs and actionable plans
  • Oversee content direction across all social media platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across posts, stories, reels, ads & campaigns
  • Maintain high quality standards in all deliverables
  • Identify gaps and proactively drive improvement opportunities
  • Prepare structured weekly & monthly reports with insights, risks & growth opportunities
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO
  • Align campaigns with overall company growth objectives

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Is comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Thinks strategically, not just operationally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Understands social media, content, and performance metrics
  • Experienced in e-commerce or a related field is a plus
