Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned accounts end-to-end and take full responsibility for overall results and business impact.
  • Lead coordination between internal departments to ensure seamless execution and on-time campaign delivery.
  • Develop clear briefs and execution plans aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Manage and oversee content direction across social media platforms.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively drive performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Prepare structured weekly and monthly executive reports summarizing performance progress, key insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Present strategic updates and recommendations directly to the CEO.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (posts, stories, reels, ads, and campaigns).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present confidently to leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus
