On behalf of one of our clients — a fast-growing company in the e-commerce industry — we’re looking for a Logistics Team Leader who can drive daily logistics operations with efficiency, accuracy, and strong team coordination.
This role is about operational excellence, ownership, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment, delivery follow-up, and logistics performance that directly support business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Job Purpose

The Logistics Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations within the e-commerce business to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery. The role manages the execution of warehouse coordination, order dispatching, transportation follow-up, returns handling, and team supervision to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth logistics flow between warehousing, customer service, last-mile delivery partners, and internal operations teams.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including order dispatch, delivery follow-up, and returns handling.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and courier partners to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor shipment status, delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, and returned orders, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping records, dispatch documentation, and logistics tracking.
  • Support the team in resolving logistics issues and maintaining high service levels.
  • Track logistics performance and prepare regular operational reports.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of courier coordination, delivery operations, and reverse logistics.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of Excel and logistics or order management systems
