Overseas Talent Match (OTM) is hiring People & Culture Specialist on behalf of one of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

* Handle full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding)

* Build talent pipelines & apply competency-based interviewing techniques

* Design & implement employee engagement & retention programs

* Conduct surveys, analyze feedback & drive action plans

* Manage performance appraisal cycles & support succession planning

* Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives

* Prepare & manage payroll, deductions, bonuses & records

* Develop, update & enforce HR policies in line with labor laws

* Handle employee relations cases & resolve conflicts professionally

* Support organizational development, culture building & internal communication

* Contribute to employer branding & social media presence

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant.

* 2–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management)

* Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)

* Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills

Job Details:

* On-Site (Maadi, Cairo)

* Working hours from 8am to 5pm (including 1 hour break)

* 5 working days, 2 days off
