📌 Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across projects.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Previous experience in Construction or Real Estate is a must
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus

Develop financial models and forecasts
Evaluate investment opportunities and project financing
Support budgeting and strategic planning processes
Monitor financial performance and identify risks
Provide insights and recommendations to management
