POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the Senior Marcom Specialist role is to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing communication activities, contributing to campaign strategy, brand consistency, and stakeholder alignment across the organization. This includes coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams, managing content calendars and execution trackers, driving approvals and deliverables to completion, and supporting the rollout of campaigns, communication materials, and events. The role contributes to the shaping of integrated marketing plans, and monitors and reports on marketing performance across key indicators such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and campaign outcomes, while driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all communication activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Own end-to-end management of assigned marketing campaigns, from briefing and planning through execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign review.
- Develop, edit, and manage the production of complex or high-visibility marketing and communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, profiles, and press releases, often serving as the final quality check before publication.
- Ensure all communication materials and activities maintain consistency with approved brand guidelines and messaging, and act as a brand custodian across projects.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, including business development, projects, development, HR, and management, to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers, negotiating scope and terms to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns, content, and production requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs, translating insights into recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
- Independently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor marketing budget utilization and proactively flag variances, and manage the processing of supplier quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders in coordination with the Marcom Senior Partner.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic planning and identify relevant opportunities.
- Own the monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker end-to-end, proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure smooth planning, follow-up, and publishing of content.
- Take ownership of the organization and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives, including logistics and supplier coordination.
- Proactively monitor execution of campaigns, identifying risks early and following up on implementation details to ensure quality and alignment with approved plans.
- Drive internal communication and employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR.
- Develop company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, fact sheets, and related communication materials.
- Maintain regular, proactive reporting on progress, approvals, pending items, and upcoming actions, flagging risks early to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing performance snapshots covering reach, engagement, leads, campaign effectiveness, and event outcomes.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing/marcom experience, with strong hands-on expertise across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Skills:
1- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand to senior stakeholders and external partners.
2- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and content management.
3- Strong knowledge of branding principles and end-to-end campaign management.
4- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, Canva, Meta tools, Google and analytics tools).
5- Strong project management, organizational, and budget-tracking skills.
6- Experience coordinating and negotiating with agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
● Office based job.
● Occasional event attendance and site visits as needed.
● May involve occasional travel to represent the brand at external events or vendor sites.
